During this course, we will be exploring the following:

  • What is “emotional wellbeing”?
  • Types of Wellbeing
  • Steps you can take to improve your emotional wellbeing
  • Mindfulness
  • Identifying and learning about places that can support with emotional wellbeing
  • Different types of wellbeing activities

We will also discuss the following:

Autonomy: the freedom to make your own decisions

Self-acceptance: satisfaction or happiness with oneself

Mastery: the ability to manage everyday situations

Positive relationships with family, friends and others

A sense of purpose or meaning in life

This course can show you how you can ensure you have a good and purposeful life.
