The social justice legacy of George Cadbury Jnr. who established the college in 1909, continues at Fircroft. We believe that everyone should have a chance in life and many of our students have had sometimes multiple barriers put in front of them that they have found difficult to overcome. With the help of our referral partners, funders, governors and other stakeholders, we are able to offer those students a helping hand to come to the college, immerse themselves in the unique residential experience, and move on with their lives.
