This is a full and accredited qualification in Independent Advocacy.
The role of an Independent Advocate is vital to ensuring that vulnerable people can express themselves clearly, make the right decisions and have their needs met. The role of an advocate is rewarding and challenging and this course develops the key skills and knowledge required to support others. This qualification is ideal if you are working or volunteering, or looking to work or volunteer, in a support or advocacy setting and it will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to enable you to actively advocate for your service users/clients.
This is also highly relevant if you would like to know how to actively advocate for yourself in formal situations.
If you are a manager within the care, voluntary or support sector, this qualification is also perfect to include in any CPD package you would like your staff to attend.
