Appropriate for new trainers, and allows those with more experience to refresh their skills.
Contributing assertively at meetings
Influence your meetings in a clear and confident way, leading to effective decision-making. Skills include: making persuasive contributions, motivating, building a rapport, assertive body language, responding to objections, overcoming resistance and difficult behaviour, and enhancing your impact.
