ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management

If you’re a manager or aspiring manager working in the voluntary sector, the NEW Level 3 ILM Award in Effective Management at Fircroft College aims to develop your skills and help you lead your organisation through turbulent times.

This is a three-part residential programme, successful completion of which will lead to the ILM (Institute in Leadership and Management) Award in Effective Management,  a qualification widely recognised across all sectors and a potential stepping stone onto further qualifications. Our expertise is in the voluntary and community sector and we will use relevant examples and case studies throughout the programme.

The total cost for the programme is just £240 – this includes ILM membership and all accommodation, meals and learning resources.

Course dates

• 2 - 4 April (Monday to Wednesday) Part One - Introduction to Leadership
• 2 - 4 May (Wednesday to Friday) Part Two - Motivating to Perform
• 18 - 20 June (Monday to Wednesday) Part Three - Change Management
