"My time at Fircroft College on the ILM course was invaluable to my professional development and helped enhance my management skills. Having recently been promoted to a more senior managerial position, I enrolled at Fircroft in order to learn new exciting leadership techniques and theories to assist me my new role. All of the team at Fircroft were fantastic. Right from the receptionists, to the caretaker, from the catering staff to the administration department. This made the learning environment for myself and my colleagues so much more enjoyable.

The tutors were incredibly engaging and were always prepared to go the extra mile. The support you receive as a student of the college doesn't extend to when you are on site. They provide constant guidance whenever you need it during the completion of your off site assignments. The learning experience was made easier easy due to the impressive levels of organisation and the well planned structure of the learning process. The friendly communal areas, good facilities and beautiful setting of the college make Fircroft College a wonderful place to study.

I have benefitted so much from achieving my ILM Award courtesy of Fircroft. I now feel confident that I am far better equipped to deal with all areas of my new job role and the experience has helped shape what type of manager I want to become. A big thank you for all the Fircroft College Team."
